I thought size didn't matter, it's what you do with it that counts ;)

Re: Persistance of Memory

I must say, I haven't enjoyed a 'puzzle book' as much as this one since dvp and I had that same sense of anticipation when waiting for the post to arrive as I used to when I had my dvp subscription

No, I haven't started either yet, so they should keep me going until the second issue of PB comes out

Re: Persistance of Memory

Thanks for you help LAT - it's so weird that once on the right track all the pieces fall into place. I've only got two more puzzles to go now and while on one hand I'm trying hard to complete them, in a perverse kind of way I don't want to finish as i'm enjoying them too much - is this normal?????

For days now I have kept looking at this one and putting it back down - can anyone give me a gentle nudge?

Re: Da Vinci Code

Afraid I'm stuck too. Found one word then another but both wrong. Can I check my (wrong) answers with anybody? If you need to check the words that require decoding then I can help with that If anyone can give me a hint as to what to do once code has been worked out it would be very much appreciated...

Re: Rose Tinted Glasses

Know the years, paintings, artists but not a clue about patterns/colours. But how to tie it all together? Any gentle hint would be much appreciated.

p.s. Don't think this is going to be a regular occurrence :D

Thanks - thought I'd gone as far as I could with SpartOut's hint but realised there was still another few steps - got it now

Re: The monastic year

By some fluke I've managed to make a word from the top 6 circles (probably completely wrong), but when I apply same method to the bottom circles it doesn't work - is there anyone I can pm this word to to see if I am on the right track (or not)?
