Second from bottom is the Daylight Savings Time option which you can turn off and submit the changes. It should then show you the real time.

I find it better to NOT have the clock right on here. It's just too depressing that it's silly o'clock AGAIN...I can pretend to myself that it's still a respectable time of night if I don't change the clock!
