I think there are two missing. And don't believe Scurra when he says it's obvious!

Hi, I know no one's posted on this thread for ages but I'm going to give it a try anyway. if found the message and 14 letters but judging from the other posts I should have 15. I just can't find it, it's driving me crazy. I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me where the other letter is. Thanks

There may be one point in the chain where you can take two slightly different routes? (I have to confess that I can't honestly remember and my formal solution isn't on this machine!)
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

Do you want to Pm me what you have and I'll try and help. I'm sure someone will be on here later today who will definitely come to the rescue.

Oh, never apologise for dimness. It's a prerequisite for joining this forum. We don't want any clever types here! (I'm always happy to help IF I can remember what I did. Don't be afraid to ask).
