Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

I think i have most of the words except for emmett drunkard and eggs. That spanish island was a bit hard to find.Can i check that im thinking on the right line with this,as im usually barking up the wrong tree.

I haven't really got anything. Well, a lot of apparently un-related words, and very little idea what to do with them. Is there any general hint you could pm me as to what I'm trying to do? (really rather desperate here!)

You're not the only one Laura. The only one i've got right is emmet which i found easy because i used to live in devon near the border to cornwall.

Um... I'm willing to bet that's entirely the wrong interpretation of emmet - although it is the more (?!) obvious one!
