P-Dawg going back to vets tomorrow for scan/x-ray on lungs. If it has metastasized then there's nothing they can do.
If not, going to Glasgow specialists on Wednesday next week. Best hope is kidney removal.

Lungs appear clear, so we're delaying until Sunday the trip to Kent for Monkey's graduation ceremony, Pumpkin is staying up here with P-Dawg and taking her to Glasgow on Tuesday. We'll know more then.

Well, there's some hope then at least. And well done to Monkey on his graduation. :D What is he graduating in?

Sounds interesting. What will Monkey do next?

And best of luck to Pumpkin and P-Dawg in Glasgow.

Well done to him. :D
At least that's one nice, positive thing for a change amongst other worries.

Pumpkin had to leave her in Glasgow. Lungs show she has cancer spread. Fluids building up collecting in abdomen. She's not making it through the night.
Monkey's graduation day ruined.
Pumpkin is headed back again to Glasgow now to be with her when she goes.

Oh, how very sad!

Poor Pumpkin, that will be a horrible trip for her.

Sad for Monkey too but I hope you can celebrate his graduation properly some time soon.

I know how empty the house will seem when you get home. :(
Thinking of you all and sending lots of love.

Pumpkin got to Glasgow so she knew she was loved and was with her at the end.
We loaded the car again last night and left at midnight. Back now, and it's awful. We're all heartbroken.
Our neighbour friend who does crafting with Mrs S has been looking after her dad with vascular dementia live-in for the last 7 years. On her birthday at end of June he wrote a card for Mrs S, laughing and tapping and singing along with a fiddle CD. He remembered her and Penny, loved to pet her.
Last week he went downhill, had to be spoonfed babyfood. Saturday he was taken by ambulance to hospital with pneumonia.
He died this morning too.
Penny and Bob going on together paw in hand.

I like the idea of Penny and Bob travelling on together.

A sad day but both are now at peace. Just hard for those left behind. :(
