How did you get tickets?
Where is it filmed?
Did you get to pick what date you went on?
What time did you have to be there?
Did it cost much?

I sooooo want to go see loose women. I have a couple of girl-friends who I do days out with and I think that would be a fantastic one!!!! Sorry for all the questions, but I haven't been able to find out from anywhere!!!!

Thankyou.
:D

right = tickets are free but you cannot really choose your dates they offer you a choice but you do not know who is going to be the guests
best if you are a group - we were a group of 10 ladies with a group name that we made up and that meant we had priority although there were other smaller groups - even twos.
it is filmed at itv studios on the south bank near Waterloo and we had to be there about 11.30.
Also some of our group saw Phil and Fern doing their thing filming outside which they enjoyed.
if you want I will try and get the number from my friend as she did all the organising.
Very good day out.

Sounds like the potential for a 'Mini-Meet' to me ;) I hope one day to meet my kid sister myself some day - she keeps avoiding me when I have the occasiional chance to travel the 300+ miles in that direction :(

Thanks for the laugh Biscuit, and always remember - we're laughing WITH you not at you

Just to add that I can understand the confusion! Sorry, Biscuit - I tend to forget that not everyone knows that I am Scurra's Mum..... which means that I do have to confess to some of the blame for setting him off on the puzzle track in the first place :o (must be in the genes :? )
You will also note that I am as likely to sling arrows at him as everyone else, being equally a fellow-sufferer from his fiendish puzzling.
But yes, on the other hand, I am rather proud of him...... :P

And MBH I'm NOT avoiding you.

I have managed to meet LAT and Redfraggle - even made myself use the hateful underground!! They are both lovely. :D

No, I think he'd be more likely to leave the country. So we'd better stop teasing him or we won't get any more puzzles.

..flipping heck. Was I just nice to Scurra again? I MUST stop this.

Scurra's mum Bunny:lol:    He has been such a gentleman so far in not saying a word.

For those into the family trees on here:

Mummy Wulfruna. Children are Eirian and Scurra. ( Ladies before gentleman). Eirian & Sigur Ros are a married pair and have the lovely recently born Thomas.

We have mummy Giraffe, and baby giraffes Kingsley and Fernando. I suspect an up and coming baby Lally giraffe in the not too distant future too.

Any other claims on relatives?

Well, not publicly.

He did tell me to "Go to bed Mother" when I was annoying him the other night. I told him he'd better watch out or he'd have a clip round the ear.

I took the little one to see Ice Age 3 today. It was not worth getting up for the early show for.

There really should be a law passed about sequels. Dream works is usually good, but this one lost the plot along the way. The only good bit for me was the tango dancing squirrels.

The Ice Age films have never had a plot though really.

Mark Kermode (referenced often in this thread already) coined the phrase "the death of narrative cinema" for the previous film in this series. He's absolutely right.

They are still quite good fun and well made, but they feel terribly "empty"...

(I think that's why the recent Transformers film was probably more disappointing than Ice Age 3 could ever be, simply because it is pretending to be a grown-up film but it's really just an identical set of disjointed set-pieces - only louder.)
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

OK, I'll give you no plot, but at least there was a story to it that made you laugh and enjoy the show. This one didn't even have that.

The little one and I chatted a lot during the film. Complete waste of time.

I do hope Harry Potter next week is better!
