Things were taking over a week first class to get here before Christmas, so I'm not holding out much hope of seeing it before New Year! But I'm sure it will be worth waiting for.

Well the idea was that it would arrive on Monday or Tuesday (29/30) i.e. between Christmas and New Year. But unfortunately even Gill can't control the post!
I shall send out passwords etc. probably on Monday so that people can see the online version even if they haven't had the actual magazine...
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

Got back from the latest supermarket shop to find it had arrived! So much for the restful afternoon I had planned. But thanks both of you anyway
I have only had time to glance at it so far and am hoping I just failed to notice the instructions for some of the puzzles. I'm sure you won't have omitted them again

Well, this is interesting.
All overseas copies were posted airmail Monday 22nd.. All UK copies were posted second class Tuesday 23rd.
The theory being that europe and Rest of the world takes 3-5 days and Uk second class takes 3 days. I was hoping they'd all arrive together. Maybe this is where the Royal Mail survey should start instead of on the whinge thread.

Yay! Mine arrived today. And my family promptly decided we should go out for a very long walk! Torture!!!!
I suddenly had this awful feeling that my postman might read the whinge thread and have taken to with-holding my magazine as punishment for the criticisms on there, but thank goodness, it appears not.

maybe he's trying to make amends, or at least ingratiate himself for past failures.
Mine's not yet arrived, but

it's second class. I'd rather wait (especially as it's not due until next year anyway) than have you spend on postage - save the pennies and invest the saving in "features" rather than the mail.

I haven't gotten mine yet either, but since it has a bit further to fly, I'm sure it had to stop and take a rest somewhere along the way. I will post a big Woo Hoo when it comes in!

Does that mean we all have to wait until Monday for passwords? Mind you having had a bit of a look last night I may not get much more of a chance until Monday evening anyway.
Something very fishy about this mag

Late Monday it will probably be for passwords. Reason being Scurra is away from home and is having a well deserved break Thats the truth of it, he's not deliberately with-holding them for the sake of it . He just can't remotely access the part of the system he needs to and you weren't supposed to have your mags yet anyway.
And yes LAT, decidely fishy. I have said that for almost 2 months and still think the same as I did on day 1.!!

Mine arrived Christmas Eve! (but I nobly put it away until after the Christmas dinner was cooked). Thankyou for the personal message - what a lovely touch.
I HAVE DONE A PUZZLE IN THE MIDDLE ALL BY MYSELF !!!!

(I'm a little baffled by my answer at the moment but I expect all will become clear)
