But if you're a fairly regular customer anyway then at least you know you're not paying more for your branded goods than you would do elsewhere.

Well when I was doing this voucher thing on Friday I asked the girl who was printing them for me if many people got a refund and she said that not many did befroe they started doing the £5 voucher if you were overcharged, but since that came in a coupke of weeks ago lots of people are. So it looks like they have put the price of somethings up to make more people win the vouchers and get them to come back and spend them.

However the effect on me was "If I am being overcharged by this much I might be better off shopping somewhere else!", so if ASDA wasn't quite so close they might loses me as a customer, but as I'd spend more in petrol getting there I will probably just stick with ASDA

For those of you who were there at the Hemel/Tring meet ....
I had a couple of blank keyrings left over and thought I'd do them for my childrens' Christmas stockings. I sorted out pictures of their old college crests and one of the cats when they were tiny and resized them to fit. Then I realised that somehow the perspex insert on one keyring had got stuck in position! :( it was such a tight fit I couldn't get it out so I rang the company on Wednesday afternoon to discuss the possibility of getting a replacement in time. The chap on the phone agreed to put one in the post and didn't even charge me. :D And it arrived the next day! :D :D

How's that for brilliant customer service, especially at this time of year?

They have lots of stuff on their website and they don't have a minimum order quantity unlike most other similar companies so do check them out. They are called My Accessories and are based in Birmingham.
