I'm guessing it's some kind of substitution cipher but I can't get anywhere with it! Damn, looks like my career hopes as agent Bunny have been dashed.

I got as far as thinking that there are far too many Qs to be letters. So I had taken out all of them and was trying to put the remaining ones into a rectangular shape.But then I didn't get any further so that's probably rubbish.

Wellif you leave them in And put them into it then use the q's as spaces with anagrams between.... looking at the frequency of letters excluding q they fall into the norm so probably not a cypher
