I thought it would be interesting to hear what people thought were the most interesting / unusual / best presents they received for Christmas this year, in the hope for inspiration for next!!
Our most interesting presents...

This was made by my brother for Dibble. It's an incense burner, the smoke comes up through the body and out of the man's mouth.
My own personal most unusual present is the hinthunt day!! I also got some amazing home made, home packaged, bodycare stuff made with essential oils by my sister in law.
Anyone else?

I'll take it off your hands - that sounds like heaven to me.

Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

I like marmite and chocolate, but that sounds horrible.

Ditto to what Giraffe said. That sounds like an invention of the devil. Although chilli chocolate is nice.

That sounds like the invention of two devils at once - I think I'd prefer the marmite!

what makes it worst is that it is milk chocolate and I only eat dark. never mind 3 huge boxes of normal chocolate to eat.

Weird presents, from 2 different people, were funky veg kits. I got purple carrots, stripy tomatoes, yellow courgettes and a few more oddities. All to grow from seed but with a catch. I have to grow them and then cook them and invite the donors for a tasting meal.
I wonder why I got a puzzle book from almost everyone?????

I got my earmuffs back!!!!
We went on a walk on Christmas Eve with Faith and Roo, and I remembered Faith borrowing them, then I couldn't find them. We searched all the cars that I'd been in, my sleepover bag, even went back and checked the carpark in case anyone had picked them up and left them for me to find, but there was no sign.
Then at new year, when we went for another sleepover, we moved the big pile of coats off the spare sofa and there they were! I don't think I was that delighted with any of my presents!!!
