That's because your facebook profile has your birthday as 1/1... it also reckons you are 70!
I nearly wished you a Happy Birthday myself, but then realised what had happened.

   That's hysterical. Giraffe, it's only the Queen who's allowed an official birthday, isn't it?

Thank you for the greetings. I had an excellent lunch, smoked salmon with a balsamic drizzle, fillet steak with a mushroom and pepper sauce with a variety of veg and the most scrummy chips all washed down with a couple of glasses of merlot, then just to finish off a hazlenut and cardomon meringue with chocolate ice cream. Don't need to eat now for a couple of days!

best wishes to Thomas.

Happy birthday, Kathlyn - and that sounds like the most fantastic lunch (well, except for the hazelnut and cardamon - I'll stick to plain meringue with my chocolate icecream!)

Happy Birthday, Thomas! Hope things are going well for you, whatever you are up to!

I suppose I should have mentioned my husband had crab and avacado salad, lamb shank with mash and veg assortment. He's a whimp and declined pudding.

Quite a memorable day yesterday as Zara gave birth to a baby girl, congratulations to her and Mike.
