#1 Post by Cenwulf » Thu Jun 05, 2014 10:14 pm

For those with a remote possibility of being vaguely interested in what's soon to be happening in the Land Where the Nuts Come From (otherwise known as Brazil), here are some handy charts I've produced to help you follow it.

Nice job as ever.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

I'll be studiously ignoring it, as ever...
You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it.

My son has been offered a ticket for England's first match. At the moment I think he is on a boat travelling down the Amazon towards Manaus.

I'm with you on anything to do with football. If we happen to get to the final (ha, ha!) I may watch. I remember watching the '66 final and having to keep leaving the room to get on with the cooking.
There's no point in having a last minute if you don't use it!

L managed to get invited on to a boat that the Sun newspaper chartered on the Amazon in Manaus and duly appeared in a photo in the paper yesterday!
I must confess I think it is the first time I have ever bought the Sun.

At the match he found himself sitting next to an Italian who has run a restaurant in Manchester for 20 years!
