Hope you are having a lovely holiday, SparkOut.

Well, the good news is that everyone managed to get there (eventually) nobody got lost, the sun shone and everyone managed to work out the murderer, the weapon and the location. Despite a certain evil person trying to hide the final clue...

Precisely!

Had great fun today. The Whodunnit trail led to a suitably scary villain and we also saw some very interesting parts of Berkhamsted.

It was lovely to catch up with everyone. :D

Went to Edinburgh, admired the view from the castle, walked the royal mile, and was very underwhelmed by the Scottish Parliament. (What was the architect thinking?) Went for a lovely meal this evening at a tiny restaurant in the middle of nowhere.

Sounds like you've had a good time Giraffe. :D

We had a brilliant weekend. Bunnylump put a lot of effort into all our entertainment (including making my OH rather bemused by a strange question ;) ) and also fed us very well on Saturday evening. And I was chauffeured everywhere by Chazzie so what's not to like! :D

Poor N. He must think your friends are all bonkers!

I must say, Giraffe, I just looked at a photo of the Scottish Parliament building, and it is absolutely hideous! Sounds like the rest of the day was cool though. :D

I've seen the parliament building on TV and it was far worse in reality.
