News from Cisra:

The Group 1 puzzles will be released at 12:00 AEST (02:00 GMT) on Monday, 24 September, one week before Puzzle Week.

I've forgotten the password we usually use, else I'd have set us up.

I'll go and register us for Sums and Cisra now and confirm I've done so.

Registered for Cisra and SUMS.

Cisra first round puzzles will be released 24/9 and we will have a week to solve them before the hunt starts on 1st October.

SUMS commences 15th October and runs until 23rd.

Zoe, Maisie will you add yourselves as team members as usual? We can have a 4th person and I'm not showing favouritism towards Maisie or Zoe. Its just they are around during the day to collect errata emails (should there be any) and let the rest of us know quickly.

Team name is www.puzzlebrains.com. Password sent to Vlad and Zoe. If anyone else has forgotten it shout up.

Yes, you should - the more people with the odd daft theory to stick in the better. David will add you to a new forum which appears when the hunt opens. You download the puzzles from the website, and see if you can make any sense of them, then we go onto Google Docs (bit like a shared spreadsheet sort of thing - which sounds horrific but isn't too bad once you get the hang of it ...do ask ) and we all share our mad theories and hopefully answers. :D And sometimes we all stare blankly together.

Well, just wait until it starts and you'll see the forum appear. Then we'll show you what to do. If it doesn't appear you need to nag Scurra.

Just got back - Janet's son's 18th birthday...more cake...so much for the diet!!

And don't worry, I am also completely mystified about the puzzles, although I do at least know how to get onto Googledocs and watch in wonder at how anyone's got anything at all... I'm in a permanent state of mystification at the moment, I think, having trouble knowing what day it is... :?

Don't confuse me. I'm confused enough already!!  But yes, you may pm me at any point, however I cannot guarantee anything other than further mystification by the shedload. You know me and sugar. I've just had a great big slice of bouncy castle cake made with loads of M and Ms, so I'm as high as a kite!
