The red meebling won't burn the wall down. The first time I click it it removes the top left block, but it won't do the right hand one that it sits on. If I bounce it very lightly using the blue ones it then burns top right, then left then right then right, sometimes left, but I can't get any more left ones to go. It will do all the right ones and if I bounce it again it falls off the wall and rolls away.

It is very temperamental. I did eventually manage to do it again. If you can get it to burm down a big enough gap you can persuade the blue ones to go through.

:D It does make a change to discuss tactics on saving Meeblings instead of how to solve the puzzles in the mag.

Scurra. I hate you.
I've got involved in this flipping meebling thing and am now on level 25. I SHOULD be wrapping Christmas presents.

I wish I had this thing known as "self control".

Is it time to change the title of the thread yet, as LAT so perceptively mentioned? ;)

I should be writing my Christmas letter so I can get my cards in the post, but I'm stuck on level 49. I keep coming back to it in case inspiration has struck - but I still don't know if I need to push or pull.

That red thing on level 11 still won't burn off the top right block. :(

Can you see the screen clips I made to show the levels?

(like this one http://www.maroonraccoon.com/clips/meeblings38.htm)

Thanks.

Now at the same place as Giraffe.

That's why I asked if you could see my clips - if the answer was no, then probably installing flash player would be the answer. If you could... then that would have been much more tricky to diagnose.

Are you clicking any meeblings before the red one on top of the wall? What browser (I'm guessing Internet Explorer 7? ) are you using?

If you have the Internet browser maximised, then try clicking the "restore size" icon in the taskbar at the top of the window (between the "flat line" minimise icon and the red cross close icon) and playing that level in a smaller window. It seems that this level is quite sensitive to the screen shape and size.
If that doesn't work, then try temporarily adjusting your screen resolution to see if that makes a difference. A smaller, finer image window seems to be better.

For Zoe. Level 11.

Let the blue ones fall over and dont touch them. Hold down your mouse button on the red one and dont release. The red one will burn the whole thickness of the wall. When its just off the ground hit the yellow one.

Onward and upward. I am battling level 43 now.

I think I shall e-mail all my friends that instead of writing them a Christmas card this year I have been saving meeblings. I'm sure they will all understand.

EDIT - considerably later - I have saved all the meeblings and can now go to bed. Night night to anyone who is still up :D

I have tried letting the blue ones fall, and then holding the red one. :(

I have tried making the screen not fill the whole screen :(

I would try
then try temporarily adjusting your screen resolution to see if that makes a difference
if I knew how. :(

Try starting again from level 1.

I did this the first time I met it and it worked fine. Then when you raised the query about it I tried it again and it wouldn't burn the full wall down but just did bits on the left and went down the right like you describe. So then I started again from level 1 and when I got to level 11 the meebling burnt the whole wall down for me again. :?

I tried starting again, but it didn't help. Fernando couldn't get it to load, so googled Meeblings and did it from there and it worked. I have done that now and it works for me too, it must be something to do with the link.

I am now stuck on level 49. I can get one out, but the others fall off.

Sparkout, could you offer a hint on level 49 please. I can only save one. This is wasting too much time
