If finances and holidays don't conspire to trip me up, yes. You?

Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
I don't plan that far ahead these days
Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
Most unlike us to book ahead, but we have this year!
Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
Any other responses to the date? We could change it if it would help.

Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
No idea - far too far away to plan
Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
(It's the middle weekend of a fortnight for us, so a one week move either way wouldn't help)
Sorry
Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
The date for the next meet has been changed to accommodate those who would like to come but weren't able to on the previous selection.
It will be the weekend August 7-9
This is a firm date. Put it in your diaries now.
Please can we have admissions of interest. There is no need to commit firmly at this stage if you don't want to, but we need some idea of numbers to arrange activities.
(Obviously there is a difference in planning for 6 or 25)

Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
We're back from hols then, so some of the giraffe clan will probably look in for parts of the weekend.
Depending on the detailed itinerary I would anticipate us joining you for Saturday afternoon activity (assuming it is similar to previously) and then if we have all come down I might join you on my own for the Saturday evening.

Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
Much as I would love to meet you folks, it's a non-starter for me, I'm afraid. Incidentally, nobody has mentioned a likely location, which could make a difference.....
Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
As LAT, Looby and Supersleuth are the ringleaders I believe Surrey/Berkshire is the location. Numbers to be accomodated may make a final decision uncertain.
Re: 1st Puzzlebrains meet/4th DVP meet
Base is to be in the Reading area as we thought that would be easy for transport.
Maybe the following one should be in your part of the world Wulfruna?
