Worst jet lag I ever had was after a short visit to Hong Kong in 1977. Back then flights had two intermediate stops, one in Asia and one in Europe and took about 17 hours I think. They left HK in the evening so I had been through a day there, then the flight time was equivalent to a day, then I arrived in London early morning on the day my course for my final accountancy exams started so I went straight to the school. By early afternoon the room was spinning round! But I had experienced the equivalent of three days with no proper sleep before I got to bed that night.

Hope you are feeling more yourself now

Sounds horrendous! Tbh the jet lag coming back isn't as bad as it was going there!

One of the pics was taken from the top of Mount Washington on a lovely sunny day three weeks ago. Apparently, today, 20 people had to be rescued from the top of the mountain because of snow!

Aren't you glad you weren't there 3 weeks later!

Just a bit! The man on the cog railway couldn't believe the weather we had that day. He suggested it would be a good day to do the lottery! 🤣

In general, we were surprised by the weather. We had fully expected searing heat in Zion and Bryce, but got cold and thunderstorms. When we reached New England, we were prepared for it to be very cool, and it was about 27 degrees!
