Well as soon as your plans get sorted and you know when you will be arriving in Eynsford let us know. I imagine the easiest place for us all to meet will be at the station, timed to meet whichever train you plan to be on. Preferably not too early so that those of us who are driving over have time to get there.
If you come down in the morning hopefully we might then all go for lunch somewhere, lots of nattering, possibly a wander round parts of Eynsford - weather permitting, possibly a brief detour to check into our hotel, then almost certainly an early supper before the show.

Then on Sunday morning, who knows? I'm sure we can work it out when we are together.

I think this sounds great. It's far too easy to over organise, and then not end up with any time to speak to anyone. I felt it was a bit like that in August - because we had teams I hardly had a chance to speak to David, Shiela and Biscuit. (My fault, I tried to cram too much in...). I'm getting quite excited about this weekend... :D I'm just hoping my snoring doesn't keep Gill awake...

Dramaticat - I hope we don't put you off!

OK. Plan now is to meet at Eynsford station at 12.00 noon. I bullied/nagged MBH into making a decision!

Gill, Looby and I plus hopefully Bunnylump will drive over to meet MBH (plus possibly Bunnylump) when his train arrives.

Dramaticat will you be able to join us too? Plus anyone else in the area and nothing to do that day?

Just as long as you're not snoring during the play, or I'll know we're doing it all wrong!!!

Looking forward to meeting you all on Saturday at the Station :D

But how will you know it's us? I don't really look like a dancing purple rabbit... Or will you just wait for a bunch of unlikely looking confused people who are approaching strange women and trying to talk to them? Shall I bring a pineapple??

Don't forget that Dramaticat has met MBH! But a pineapple sounds good. We can have it for our midnight feast at the hotel. :D
I think it should be obvious who we are if four women descend on one poor chap getting off the train. Assuming he doesn't have second thoughts and run a mile when he sees us.

and we're sorry that you can't be there - that's to both giraffe and clvrlad. :(

MBH is pretty scarily outnumbered, I must say. Hopefully not for long. ;) He'll probably bring his stick to ward us all off...

Yes, it is a shame that you can't come, Giraffe and Clvrlad. Clvrlad - do you think I will EVER get to meet you? Still, I'm looking forward to meeting some new faces. :D

 As if that has ever worried me  Since I've started this 'getting fit' lark at the gyms in Gateshead I am regularly the only guy in the room - for some reason I've left my teenage lack of confidence a long way behind.

That being said, we DO need more men in the Dance Aerobics / Latin Aerobics / Zumba / Deep Water Aquafit, and everything else I've been in the past three weeks. [The guys get onto treadmills and walk, and walk, and walk  Borrrrrrrring]

The pilates class I've been to a couple of times recently had several men in it. I was quite surprised.

What was Zumba like? I can't remember if you've told us about that one. I think my gym has that but it sounds much too energetic for me.

That's an odd one, and I'm sure I'll get the "Zumba Police" on to me when I say the 'hype' totally outweighs the classes I've seen. It's one of these regulation (trademarked) buy-in deals where the teachers need to use exactly the same materials (probably sold by Zumba Incorporated) and be trained and assessed (probaby by Zumba Training Congolmorate), and the teacher can then pick which tracks available to do in their class.

As a follow-the-teacher-and-copy class, it's OK as long as the teacher is good. There is not enough 'repetition' to get a routine out of it, and it seems to chop and change in it's structure. You're moving all the time to a variety of music and rhythms, and I can certainly get a sweat on - but this was just a pointer to the sorts of classes I should go to.

On Saturday, I was at a class run by a young Brazilian lady. WHAT a difference :o She was a great dancer in her own right, and why this class was labeled Zumba instead of Latin Aerobics I have NO idea - but I enjoyed it a lot more than the British lasses 'learning' the routines and then passing that on to their class.

So my biggest bit of advice with Zumba is it is VERY dependant on the teacher. If you go to one class, don't judge to strongly in either direction until you've seen a few more teachers presenting it. :)
