Thank you all for your kind comments - and thanks even more for coming! I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Of course I'll keep you posted of all my future stage appearances and you're more than welcome to come to any that take you fancy. If you're that way inclined, I'm in the panto Treasure Island in January. Then I AM going to have a break that doesn't involve plaster casts and wheelchairs!!! I'm hoping to be treading the boards again next October in A Tale of Two Cities, which may be more to your taste. The audition is at the beginning of December, so I'll know soon and you can all have plenty of time to arrange a visit if you want.

I shall post the promised pic(s) when available.
Dear Mr Optimist, Mr Pessimist and Mr Realist, While you were arguing about the glass of water, I drank it! Yours sincerely, Mr Opportunist.

I might add a couple to this when the appropriate people have agreed to having their photos put on here!! But I'm pretty confident that my twin won't mind (he doesn't worry if his bum looks big, because it doesn't, of course...  )
Apologies of carpness of photos - I was using my new phone and didn't know how to operate it (so I was guessing - luckily I had MBH on hand to help me find crucial things like the alarm... )

The bridge is the one we played poohsticks on - mine kept getting swallowed by the troll under the bridge and not coming out the other side (although I did suspect Scurra was hiding under there!!)

The viaduct is very fine and was just down from the village.

MBH is testing out the wooden swords in a gift shop. I did challenge him to a duel but I thought he'd probably just win and then tickle me all over again... (Fate worse than death)

I've edited the earlier ones - am gradually getting a bit better at this...(not difficult!!)

I didn't realise how much I could zoom in on this camera.

Oh, and big apologies to Dramaticat - I didn't manage to get any photos of you and Mr Dramaticat... Hopefully you might have a few from the show to share?

I wondered what it was when I drove past it in the summer...

I'd always be up for another visit to the Yorkshire Dales. :D Obviously I don't know anything about this, but I do know that the area's lovely. Although I will point out that this is STILL a long way for people like MBH... and some of our other friends in the north:lol:

Yes, I think it was a couple of hours from me. It would certainly take some getting-to from the rest of the country.

:D That would be lovely, Tricia. Especially as I missed you in the Summer. Maybe this deserves more thought.

I've never been to Newcastle. And I would very much like to go there, but what I don't want to do is to put pressure on my lovely brother to organise it. ;)
