Re: Passing the time
I'd like a hint on level 49 too please.

Giraffe and Gill (re level 49):
Just remember that if you hit the blue after it has started falling it will push those above it up, You've got to get it just right though!
Just got to the end this morning. I think I was quite lucky on 49 the first time round, it was more difficult to repeat!

I got to level 30 this afternoon. No idea how much time I wasted but I am having a lazy day today.

Re: Passing the time
Had a bit of trouble on level 40, but eventualy got there. Then trouble on level 49, but managed to get past that as well. And level 50 was probably a 'light' level to give some relief at having got past level 49!

Level 40
I did it by pushing them all to the next high layer, but as soon as you have a yellow one there pull them over as they are less likely to fall down the hole.
Then burn the red to the next layer down and pull it across too.
Jiggle them around until you can get the red to burn through to just above the exit , then with a combination of gentle pushing and pulling you should be able to get enough home.
Don't forget that the 'pull' works even if they're on different levels so you can save ones that look as if they may fall

Re: Passing the time
I found the best way was to suck with the bottom leftmost yellow to get the red (and the blues that are falling off the end) together. Then blow with the leftmost blue as hard and long as necessary to get them all on to the top right shelf. (losing a few down the middle) then jiggle until the red is at the bottom of the pile, make a hole and drop them through

Re: Passing the time
Patience being the virtue.............
This is how I did level 40 but it takes a few attempts:
Let the meeblings settle before touching anything. You will have yellow/blue/yellow diagonal piles of meebs. Hit the centre blue of the centre section and keep holding your mouse down. Release it when 3 or 4 have bounced off the centre thingy and over to the other side. Then burrow down with the red and when it has settled on the centre section call them all across to the right hand side using a yellow. (Right as you look at screen) With any luck you will have enough over there to drill through and drop them onto the home staight. make sure you have a yellow just right before you start calling them towards the exit. Takes loads of attempts but thats how it worked for me.

Re: Passing the time
I've just tried Looby's method and I can see that in theory it ought to work equally well, but the red seems to end up on top of the pile or to the left of the pile and so they don't fall down the hole so neatly. Perhaps I need to practice!

Re: Passing the time
And I've decided that the best thing to do is find the push-me-pull-you and use it instead of a meebling

Here's a slightly less boggling one.

I got to the end eventually, but I might be dreaming about lightbulbs, ice lollies and lava lamps
Re: Passing the time
