How amazing - is this a trip down the wrong trouser leg of time? Is there anyone on here who doesn't know everyone else?
Congratulations Scurra - and hello everybody! :D

Oh indeed. You have to consider the membership of community sites like this to be rather like a complicated Venn diagram with all those intersecting circles. At the moment by far the largest circle of members has come from one particular other website. But there are plenty of other people who have come from all sorts of odd and unexpected places!

But we're always happy to welcome old friends as well as new arrivals. Glad you could join us.

Hello Scarletannie and Scurra and other old DVP friends!

Is this where we all are now? How good to be back in touch again - and with puzzles to tackle too. :)

Hello to you too Bunnylump - is that a slightly different avatar I see there? Still a pink rabbit but not the same one maybe?

Wasn't yours a red bird last time Scarletannie? Will it return?

I was pleased to see familiar avatars, and I'm fond of the purple rabbit! It's a great pig, Sally B. Yes, mine was a phoenix and I'm waiting for it to rise from the ashes to reinstate it!

Hello dizzy, scarletannie and sally. My picture is more angelic this time, but the spirit is as dippy as it was on the other side. Welcome aboard the puzzling is great.

Hello!!!

So this is where everyone went! I haven't been on DVP for a few months and came back to find the place deserted! Thanks for the pm Gill, never would have found you otherwise!

It's good to see everyone again. Hopefully now I have re-joined the world of unemployment I should be around a bit more often! :D

Hello dizzy! strep98 said hallo to you a few messages before you appeared which left me wondering if you were masquerading as someone else. So pleased to see the usual face with the snappy outfits!
