It's brilliant, isn't it? There were quite a few takes of him leaping off the dune to get it, with his sister (who took said photo) perilously crouched below where he had just leapt.

What a great picture.
I'm panicking now. Just got out all my crafty makes in anticipation for next weekend's craft fair and am worried that I don't have enough. I know what I'll be doing next week - sew, sew, sew.

Thank you. Quite easy to make, but very fiddly.

they look as though they would take longer to make up than to knit.

Yes I had terrible trouble knitting the wings though, because the thread I was using was really slippery, so stitches kept escaping. The legs are a bit tedious, because you need so many of them.

I've knitted quite a few legs for the Noah's Ark animals I'm working on. And ears, tails etc!

Yes that would be a lot of legs. Are there spiders on your ark?

Thank goodness no!
This afternoon I've been drinking lots of cups of tea with a ragdoll.

Wow, Maisie, that all looks great! Are they gingerbread men cards I can see (I've tried zooming in but I'm not sure.) You have been busy.
It all looks very professional. Good luck with the craft fair!
Love the little winged mice, Giraffe! That would be enough to send my cat bonkers (flying mice.)

Where can we put in orders?
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.

I would suggest Maisie's craft stall. (I'll send her the instructions

I'm rubbish at knitting and crochet, but if you feel like sending me some, I'll gladly sell them for you.
And, Bunny, yes they are gingerbread men cards.

I cheated a bit on this one as the gingerbread man was bought and stuck on.
