The wonderful HMRC released a critical update yesterday but they have a problem. Its unopenable!!!.
I have spent 2 hours trying to get through to the helpline and a further hour with the person who was supposed to solve this. While I was on the telephone she received a message to say " tell all callers to ring back later- we know there is a problem"!!!!
I'd give it a couple of days unless its vital.
