I have three 21 year olds here who are asking riddles. Anyone know any I can try out on them?

I've done the

A Father and his Son are hurt in a car crash - slight injuries to the Father more severe to the Son. Both rushed to hospital.

The Father is treated at the minor injuries area while the Son is rushed through to the Emergency Consultant Surgeon. The Surgeon's immediate response is "I can't treat him - that's my Son".

How is this possible?

The Surgeon is his Mother.
