I'm just impressed you can read at that time in the morning. I can barely see. I certainly can't speak or walk properly. (My God, am I an attractive sight at that time of day!!) :x

I've got BBC2 on in the background and they've just explained that to me. (Programme about bodyclocks)

 There was a programme about my body clock on BBC2?

I think I'm like that because I'm still a teenager (mentally, not physically, obviously).

Apparently between the ages of 13 and 21 people are programmed not to wake up as early. (Don't tell K + F)

They are now discussing the best time for "other" activities. :o They suggest everyone should research this more.

I would have liked to have seen that. Shame the darned football is on. :(

I must admit, re your second comment, I'm inclined to agree that "traditional" timings are particularly uninspiring!! ;)

They seem to put everything on about 4 times a week these days to fill the extra channels , so you may not have missed it, and there is always the computerised version, although they can be hard to watch as they keep pausing.

I've got the body of a teenager.
It's carefully stored in the airing cupboard.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

I would dispute the description "mad". After all, you're the ones paying to solve my puzzles.

Hmmmm. Sorry Gill. I don't think I should have said that, should I? :)

Body clocks?
I think mine's a digital alarm clock - unless it's a cuckoo clock.
