I'm interested in giving the gift of puzzlebrains to a puzzler. Can you let me know how I can go about this?

But in principle, the easiest way to do it is to pay via Paypal; the account is now set-up to handle that. Just send some money to admin@puzzlebrains.com and it will reach us... (Of course, it would help if you added a note to say what it was for, as otherwise we'll just have a bunch of mysterious payments.
