Does anyone have any good suggestions when it comes to legal advice?

No, sorry. The last solicitors we used (for the overage on Mum's house sale) was spectacularly dreadful - we're still trying to resolve it now. I tend to ask my niece, who's a qualified solicitor, but her speciality is in repossessions, so not very useful.

I guess it depends on what type of legal advice you need. Most lawyers tend to specialise.

Citizen's Advice might be able to help too.

I inadvertently hit the save password for this forum. How do I put it back to not saving it?

Do you have a little thing that looks a bit like a spanner at top right on the address bar (next to the star for bookmarking) when you are logged in? I think you might be able to change it with that.
I inadvertently did the same on another site and think that was where I changed it back but I might be wrong.

When I use Chrome there aren't any toolbars. It's why I don't like it. I can't get it to do much.

My wifi only works in half of my house. I was thinking of getting a powerline adaptor or a wifi booster. Does anyone have any experience of either of these? Will they work even though the two halves of the house are on different circuits?

Either might be OK, but I don't have a great confidence that you will get good results simply and without a lot of jibberting about. I'd spend my own money on a WiFi range extender AP over a power line adaptor any day, even if you were sure the cables are directly linked only the same ring.

We've got a booster - our house is quite long and my son is in the room furthest away from the router and is out of range. The booster is situated roughly half way between the router and his room. We get the occasional times when it doesn't work, but most of the time it's quite sufficient.

Thanks for the advice - sounds like a wifi booster is the way to go.

Would one of you clever Excel whizzy people please tell me how to sort a ROW of letters in an Excel spreadsheet alphabetically? I can see how to sort by column but not by row.

Beat me to it!
On mine it's in the Editing menu under Custom sort. There is a button that says 'options' and it's there. You can then choose which row you want to sort by.
