The 39 clues

Scholastic books has put out a treasure hunt/clue game/puzzle for kids called the 39 clues.
I've been reading/playing this with Katherine and have recently discovered that there are two free cards being given out in the UK by wal mart and Borders. It's a long shot, but if any of you happen upon those free cards, could you send me the code on the bottom. They are shareable and these are the only 2 we are missing.
I'm not sure if this is in the correct forum. Please advise.

I don't have a Wal mart near me, and the nearest Borders is in another town (Watford) which I go to sometimes. If I do I'll make a point of looking, but I don't know when.

Second attempt. First attempt went to Bunny as a PM.
I have Borders, I will pay them a visit next week.

Never heard of Borders. By WalMart I assume you mean Asda?

If I go to Bristol I will have a look, but neither store has ventured into deepest darkest Devon.

Thanks all, you're sweet. Don't make a special trip. We can play without them. I just thought if you happened to be in the neighbourbood.

There's an Asda store close by here. What section would it be found in? What sort of thing am I looking for? Are they like an extension of the football card idea that kids can buy a pack and put in an album, and swap the ones they have duplicates for?

It's a collector card kind of thing. If they have the cards, I only want the free ones. Paying for them is insane. US$6.99 for 16 cards. I just read on the scholastic site they are at borders and walmart in the uk.
it's for 6 to 14 year olds.
www.the39clues.com. So far she's enjoying it. She liked the story and read around 1/2 of it to me. The cards that need decoding are age appropriate for most of them so it's a good game for her to play. She even knew who Ben Franklin was!

I gave copies to my nieces last year. English isn't their first language so it has been tough going for htem. I think htey kind of gave up and don't have the heart to tell me. This year it's the 39 clues and Rubik's cubes. Can we see a pattern here?

At least I'm not giving them this magazine! That might just push the bounds of "auntie love"
I gave a betcha can't wooden money box to my nephew one christmas with $100 in it. It took him almost 3 years to open it. Then it was by accident. It fell on the floor just right. I thougt he was going to kill me.

I saw this book at work (in the library), and as I recognised the title from here I grabbed it.
Just finished - not bad at all. It looks like there are 5 books planned for the series, so I can look forward to the other ones.
Thanks for the recommendation
