Sadly, dear friend, neither of your offerings of a twin or a triplet are completely on the righteous road. A twit, or a trip, however, would be perfect bedfellows.

I see from your signature that you like summer gloves and satin sandals. What is the Buddha's opinion of this attire?

Both summer gloves and satin sandals are not pleasing to the Buddha. He would prefer it if he wore a pretty Pierrot hat.

Mistress o' the Purple, would the Buddha be more pleased with a parrot than a mynah?

Good afternoon master!

I'm new to this game and I would like to express my feelings of confusion. I understand what I'm supposed to be doing, but can't work out what words to send you.

purple mistress might i ask if your prefered colour hat would be pink or purple and perhaps a blue or green one should never be seen.

Sparkout - the Mistress o' the Purple may be slightly more pleased with a parrot than a Minah, however, neither show the true route to enlightenment.

Kingsley - welcome dear student. You can always try the trial and error technique!! Any submission will be assessed to check its worthiness!! :D

Kathlyn - pink, blue and green are not colours which suits the Buddha, they are, in fact, utter poop. However, purple is slightly more suitable, but does not completely fill the criteria (sadly, because, clearly it is the loveliest hue, being easy on the eye). :D

The Buddha is neither jolly nor sad. He is, however, witty - he's just done a pirouette to prove it. :D

Does the Master like to admire herself in a Mirror, or does she prefer a simple Photograph?

As today is Sunday, is it better to ask about the Buddha nature on this day rather than on Friday?

The Mistress actually tries to avoid both photograph and mirror, but she might slightly prefer mirror (as long as she has her eyes shut). The Buddha has suggested a prototype magic mirror, which makes the Mistress quite a lot prettier.

Unfortunately, both Sunday and Friday are bad Buddha days. He's a bit better on a Tue

I feel that I should offer something edible again. But from the dairy this time. I would like to offer a block of butter rather than a bottle of milk.

The Buddha is slightly more enamoured with butter than milk, but both are inferior to tripe

I believe enlightenment has come. The Buddha looks favourably on words composed solely of letters from the top row of a keyboard.

Congratulations, Cenwulf. You are clearly one of the Mistress' brighter pupils. Either that or you are the only one who isn't gazing out of the window and making paper aeroplanes under the desk. The Buddha would definitely prefer a tree to a flower.

Humbly I adopt the position of master, or is it teacher?

It matters not. But I will first waylay Scurra and say that the Buddha favours bananas over apples, and that he prefers potatoes to tomatoes.

Buddha-things
bananas; potatoes

Buddha-slings
apples; tomatoes

Buddha-mates

First may I offer my congratulations to the new teacher.

I would like to enquire if the Buddha prefers to rest on Cushions or Pillows?

:? Cenwulf, you have slightly confused me by having changed your post from offering tree and flower to having worked out the answer. Yes, you were correct, it was indeed words which may only be written using the top line on a typewriter!

However, since you have seemingly already whipped my mantle from me without me realising, I would like ask whether you would prefer to be known as Madam or Sir?
