FOR

Flat-out
Old
Relatives??

That does remind me of when it was D's Mum and Dad's 25th wedding anniversary. D's sister, who works in a lab, made the punch. But she soaked all the fruit in ETHANOL first (basically pure alcohol). Trouble was that his aunt wasn't just drinking the punch, she was eating the fruit. She was all over the shop!!  That was the same night when we were all taking turns to dance in the middle of the circle. Mad B-I-L decided to do a spectacular exit after his turn, and did a somersault out of the ring. Unfortunately he went feet first right through the giant double glazed patio doors!!! He was completely unscathed (which is more than you could say for the doors) but it certainly proved to be a spectacular ending to the evening...

  Sounds very spectacular!

OLD

Lucky
Devil!

Way back when I was a student in London we had a party where the alcohol was provided by my flatmate who was a pharmacology student. Very much the same thing with fruit presoaked in ethanol. Everyone was really enjoying the fruit then too. :D

The stories I could tell you about daft B-I-L...he's the one who used to have an owl. He used to collect roadkill to feed it with, so it wasn't uncommon to find e.g. a dead hedgehog in his fridge. It was his house where the pig was at Christmas.
