Well - that was certainly different!! I've never heard the harp played like that before. There's another link on there for the same lad for a slightly less polished version of Herbie Hancock's "chameleon". The interesting thing is that the boy appears to be trying to "bend" the harp strings like you do with a guitar!! Do you think he wanted to learn the electric guitar but his mum made him learn the harp instead?

I saw one of the comment on that (or another) piece of his which says bending the notes is extremely difficult without the strings 'rattling', so I'm guessing it's a proper - but advanced - technique.
