I'm examining the chess pieces, if if there's nothing of note then I'll suggest to Fernando that we play the game. I'll take white and see if there's any indication of who goes next and which way 'up' the board is.

I'm also looking to see if the 'taken' chess men are still around. Or anything else you've 'forgotten' to tell us.

Kingsley - tell the nice man what you're doing dear - it's the first time I've seen him DM (GM) and his ANTICS appear to be a bit PED! :(

MBH its not im just trying to stop an expert player take over and let the newbies be involved rather than be railroaded down a perticular action
ill be more relaxed later on but by making people responsible for there own actions it makes it less likely that someone can say later but i didnt want to do that.. (for example if you stuff giraffe in a bag and throw her down the pit and she dies cos the bag is pieced by a spike...)

Ahhh - you can't see the PMs going on behind the scenes. When they make such good suggestions in the future, I'll tell them to tell you rather than having me give a comprehensive action list for all of us.

only those eleven peices seem to be around
the numbers and letters are also apart of the tablesince ive made my point about only being able to control your own actions......

the ropes fibers are well woven together but you do think you could seperate them given time and effort and possibly some way to cut the rope open...
but how stong they would be afterwards...your not sure but you are sure itd be tricky getting it back to gether as it is....

I've just been searching the web and I've found this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giraffe

The giraffe mentioned on the fourth line down has a similar length neck to Giraffe so we should find it easier to get down!

Thought: would you like me to set up a private forum for the "Swingers"? I can do this - so that only the four of you have access (I won't be able to see it.) Obviously, I'm proposing the same for the "Cutters" as well.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

my orc fighter was hitting people with his double handed great sword and an light weapon as an off hand attack ;-)
my GM was suprised :ugeek:
From your wiki link:

In 1977, the game was split into two versions: the simpler Dungeons & Dragons and the more complex Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (abbreviated as AD&D or ADnD)

This was my game - original AD&D

Exactly how many hands did your Orc Fighter have? And is that his racial description and class, or his job title

Scurra - you're thinking of mini forums to ease the strain on the PM system? Your forum, your choice. We'll go along with what's best.

Well it's an awful lot easier than using the PM system, because it allows all the features of the forum, just for a restricted group of users. And there aren't the same space limits as with PMs. I think it's probably better in the longer run.

edit: right - if someone from team Swing could tell me if they can see the forum now - because I obviously can't
