Malware warning

#1 Post by Scurra » Fri May 26, 2017 11:59 pm

If you visit the puzzlebrains.com website, you may find an alarming message telling you that the site may contain malware that is trying to steal your passwords.
I am trying to find out exactly what has caused this, since I am currently unaware of any such problems with the site.
Hopefully this will be resolved shortly.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

UPDATE: OK, so there is no actual problem with the website, so there's no need for anyone to panic; it's merely Google being overcautious because our site doesn't have a formal security certificate. This is in the process of being resolved. However, the message is likely to persist for several more days at least.

UPDATE 2: Everything should be OK now. If you get a similar message in the future, please send me a PM!
