Puzzlebrains

So, in the absence of a final set of puzzles - they will be along, but not until January, along with a more formal notice about what Puzzlebrains will be doing in 2019, here's a puzzle to pass some time at least...
No magic answer checker - just PM me with the solution and I'll be sure to tell everyone.
