Well, yes, I am pretty amusing when I'm dancing. Unless I'm treading on your toe that is... :lol:

The Furry Dance? Isn't that what they do in Cornish villages, going in and out of people's houses? The Helston one is wrongly called the Floral dance but here in Devon they are definitely Furry dances..... People even dress up in fancy dress for it, but I've not yet seen a purple rabbit.....

That's because it's a long way down there!! And obviously I am unique*! Hence the tag line.
"I never saw a Purple Rabbit; I never hope to See One; But I can Tell you, Anyhow, I'd rather Be than See One”.
* "Thank God" mutters Scurra...

Me again with some quite possibly tedious facts about what you can see in the night sky this month.

You should be able to see Venus in the mornings, moving from cancer to Leo. It will be next to the thin crescent moon on the 16th.

OK time for a fascinating (or utterly tedious depending on your perspective) update on what to look out for in the next few weeks.

Night of December 13th (around midnight) weather permitting, you should be able to see the Geminid meteor shower. Because the position of the radiant (the point from which they appear to emanate)which is high in the sky, they should appear quite bright and spectacular. :D

New Year's eve There should be a partial eclipse of the moon - should be visible from 18:52 to 19:54 from London (not that you'll probably see much from there because of the light pollution - sorry Scurra). The particles in the atmosphere should make it appear that when the the moon is in the Earth's shadow it will look either orange or pink.
