I can state categorically that all the cakes and crispy things were completely yummy. :D

Big thanks to The Bunny for organising a top day out in a very nice part of the country with plenty of interesting things to see and do. We even managed to solve the Meta!! :o

Cheers. BB.

I've not done a map puzzle for ages, so feel free to send me the playing area by email Sis ;)

Sounds like another good time has been had by all. I hope that we kept all the rain (and thunder and lightning) up here and your weather was good. Travel safe everyone.

Looking forward to the new photos of the gang. :)

I'm home now (have left the drunkards to it... )

It was a good day despite the cake catastrophe (more to follow when I can be bothered). Lovely to meet BB Chazzie and Biscuit for the first time. :D Big thanks to LAT for all your help, including a wonderful party bag and some interesting looking puzzles! I am now the proud owner of a Puzzlebrains Bunnylump keyring! :D

We will be posting various photos soonish for everyone on the forum to judge. We ran out of time at the end and didn't have time to look at all the photos. Again more on that when I get a chance.

I am now sitting in an exhausted heap. Hoping you ladies all got home safely this afternoon and that you didn't get torrential rain to drive through. Thank you for your company today.

Just in case anyone cares any more...this is the official set of answers for the car trail we did yesterday. :D

Had a great time. Bunnylump had gone to so much trouble including hiding puzzle pieces for us to find, priming people behind the bar in one pub to expect questions etc, not to mention a beautifully set out trail to follow.

We also had a good morning in St Alban's today plus lunch before setting off for home. All in all a wonderful weekend, and not too much torrential rain on the way home either. :D

Back home and catching up with the photos!

Many many thanks Bunnylump for a fantastic day yesterday - you obviously put a lot of effort in - and it was much appreciated.

Also thanks to LAT for helping out, the party bags - more puzzles..... and the fantastic key ring - will treasure that!

Good to catch up and meet up with all - really enjoyed the weekend.

Thanks from me, too for a fascinating day of puzzle-hunting and for all the interesting places we visited en route - what lovely little villages (and pubs!)there are still hidden away in our countryside :D . Thank you Bunny for the whole idea and all the effort put in - it really worked well. And thanks to LAT for helping to make it work and for the 'extras' :P
...And best of all, it's great to have the chance to meet people face to face and have fun together (not to mention the fabulous cake!)

Claire

What she said! A big thank you to you both from me.

Just got home after a slow journey home. Took nearly an hour longer than yesterday

Had a really good time, and it was lovely to meet Biscuit and Chazzie.
