Problems?

#1 Post by Bunnylump » Sun Jan 02, 2011 10:23 pm

I've now been thrown off the site about 6 times, and every time I try to go to my messages I get "cannot display webpage". I am also having weird problems like not being able to insert smileys occasionally. I've checked my own connectivity ( it says it's ok) and all the other sites I usually use seem to be working ok. Anyone else having difficulties, or am I being victimised for bad language / behaviour? >lol<

My internet has been a bit slow this evening, but not as bad as it was a few weeks ago. I haven't had any problems with the pb website in particular.

I am having the same problems as bunny. Glad it's not me - yes I have read Scurra's announcement before anyone asks.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has been experiencing difficulties then.
Sometimes I was having 'Cannot display webpage' problems, other times it was slow loading, and occasionally only displayed half the webpage.
On one occasion it was weird - it was the right words, but in a different font and with no pictures, on a white background.
I have read Scurra's announcement now so I'm aware it wasn't trouble at my end.

It's still logging me off on the index page but on the front page it still says I'm logged on.

Everything seems to be working fine for me today. Last night it was driving me nuts!

And I'm sure that's not the first time you've said that about PB

I dont think anyone else is having trouble. I dont really know what I'm talking about but try going right back to the start and typing www.puzzlebrains.co.uk in your browser bar then go to the forum. Sometimes it clears a cookie or a bookmark or whatever it is I should be calling them.
