Surely someone must know the reason the traps are set with cheese on?

I'll get to this, maybe later.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

OK so that one might have gone past its sell by date (it was supposed to be very topical for last weekend!)

I'm intrigued now. Wondering what was significant last weekend. :?
I have options such as Top-class or top-grade or top-notch but can't think what to get for 'survey' that rhymes.

^ this, plus top-flight and various other top-something but can't make survey work, in any of its forms.

Oh well done!

I'd forgotten about the birdwatch. I had wanted to do it but it didn't seem the ideal weekend to spend an hour sitting outside so I'm afraid I chickened out! :(
