A belated Happy Easter from me too.... I didn't get my Green & Black's egg (as recommended by 'Which?') until the evening, when he suddenly remembered that he'd bought me one and then hidden it - out of sight, out of mind, obviously!
 - No comment from Scurra, please, about ageing parents....

And no.... I didn't make our sunrise Service either..... though I'm told it was impressive and moving. I prefer to enjoy the Easter Celebration when I am fully awake :D

 I was up at 5.20 yesterday, but that was because I had been awake since 3 and couldn't get back to sleep. Needless to say I slept like a log last night.

Happy Easter to everyone (phew this egg delivery malarkey is hard work... )

I hope you all enjoy whatever it is you do / celebrate at Easter, whether that is the religion, the day off tomorrow, or the chocolate! (Well, or all three, of course!)

For me it's USUALLY an excuse to go out and roll painted eggs down a hill. But sadly, the family are all busy doing something else today, so it's just another day. Oh, with some chocolate (which I'm not that fussed about!). :(

Phew!! :D We ate so much for our picnic (+ junk like hot cross buns and chocolate) we haven't had a main meal at all today! This is virtually unheard of for me - I never usually eat junk or miss proper meals.

As you can see, the diet is going really well this weekend. Probably put back on all I've lost.

Think of it as a minor blip. You will be back on track next week when the chocolate and hot cross buns have been eaten! Don't be so hard on yourself.

Not being hard on myself. Just being realistic. :)

We had home made hot cross buns courtesy of my nine year old neice.
