OK sorry about that, but at least it was an easy fix. The clues are all the same as before, I had just forgotten to change the grid on page 2 so that it matched following some feedback on testing. Yes, the grids were meant to be the same.

If you are finding this too hard, please ask for hints on specific clues and I will post responses here under spoilers.

I think I have the main crossword grid filled in. Just had an idea about the small grid which I am checking to see if I can make it work.

I've done some (just a few) clues in my head with a casual look, so I would guess overall it should be solvable. I've not had a chance to print and study it yet.

P.S. I still have enough puzzles to post one a month until next January. Do you still want me to keep going?

OK, it's that time again. Here is September's offering. I hope you like it - please ask if you need a shove.

Is anyone else looking at this? I have some random thoughts and would love to discuss.

Nothing yet but a glance at the pretty pictures, some I am pretty sure of but most are "yes I can tell what it is but not the interpretation yet". No idea yet what the theme is or how the coloured tiles dividing the pictures work.
But i would love to take advantage of your efforts and ideas collaborate.

OK starting hint.
1.The top left picture indicates " Long white cloud"
2 Start at the top left and count clockwise.

If anyone is having trouble with seeing the lines / working out what on Earth the awful drawings are meant to be, happy to help!

I've just been having trouble getting my brain to work!

But away for a couple of days and haven't brought the puzzle with me so I will have another look when we get home.
