Yeah. Sad fact of life, I'm afraid...
We're playing a piece at orchestra which is a theme and variations, but the variations are supposed to represent countries. When we get somewhere Latin-American, it says on the music ' Men Shout "Hoo-Ya" '!
Did anyone see Bill Bailey's Guide to the Orchestra the other night? I particularly liked his Cockney version of the William Tell Overture!!

I saw Bill Baileys guide to the orchestra and it was very good. Let's hope the powers to be let him do another one

Not to mention crawling under branches and climbing over them

I don't know what they were doing but I thought I stayed very clean - some mud on my shoes, but we were walking over fields and it was raining. Trousers and socks stayed clean!

This WEEK I've mostly bin.... NOT doing puzzles.
So much for the idea that having the house to myself meant I could puzzle away to my hearts content. I've done NOTHING since I was hear last, and I've just had to catch up on everybody's posts here since Tuesday.
Hope you've all been behaving, and Scurra.... you're losing weight my friend

Yeah, I blame it on the stress...

Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

Can't imagine what could possibly be stressing you when you have two tender, caring ladies looking after you and being nice to you all the time.

Me too. I've had barely any free time at all. We have end of year exams the week after half term, and the teachers have not only been telling us to start revising, but giving us three times as much homework as normal as well. And then I've got to try and do at least half an hour of clarinet practise every evening and more at weekends!

I haven't even given a thought to puzzles.

Don't worry about it. I don't suppose they are programmed to self destruct after 3 weeks.
