Re: Guess the film
It appears the lofty one has never seen an episode of Stingray. It freatures Troy Tempest and Marina among the puppet characters. I could have said the Marina was a selective mute, but chose not to.

I think I know exactly what it is - but I don't want to have to think up the next one!

Re: Guess the film
Better than my answer - I was looking for a film called A Little Crabby

Re: Guess the film
I'm not familiar with Stingray, but I guess it was like Thinderbirds, which terrrified me as a child. I found the puppets really creepy.

Re: Guess the film
Not sure if this is right, but my first thought was of one of my favourite scenes from Mel Brooks' movie History of the World Part One.
Scene: Moses is coming down the mountain.
Moses: Hear me. All pay heed. The Lord - the Lord Jehovah - has given unto you these fifteen...
(he drops one of the three tablets of stone he is carrying and it breaks into pieces)
Moses:... ten! Ten Commandments for all to obey!

Re: Guess the film
Well, I had sort of assumed that (a) my post implied that answer, and (b) it was therefore not correct.
But it's not a big deal.
