For me it's generally not so much when is good as when is not good. Last couple and first few days of each month are never good. Nor is May. But that doesn't really include weekends which are usually easier.

I am stuck with school holidays, I'm afraid. Or sometimes Fridays (which I TRY to have as my day off). But I would come up and meet you if you're down if it fitted in with my work. I wouldn't promise to be making much sense having had to get on a train (Redfraggle, LAT, Scurra and Gill know what I mean -I get a "bit" stressed and am a gibbering wreck) but I would come if I could. Would it not be quite expensive for people to stay in London though? I wouldn't stay, of course, because I'm only half an hour away.

I would like to meet you though Clvrlad (well, and anyone else who could come).

...Although, if I'm honest, I'm not convinced that I would be up for traipsing about looking for a building. As far as I'm concerned DVP is a thing of the past... :?

Something to whet your appetites

Q: Look at this abstract picture of a London Landmark. Which tube station is this London Landmark closest to?

Okay so it was Charing Cross....!

I don't. I think it looks rather like my tongue after a heavy night of drinking... (Oh yes, I am SO attractive in the mornings...)

Could I please clarify at this point that Scurra was referring to the picture, NOT to knowing what I look like first thing in the morning...

No I don't think Chelsea will be playing their match there. But nevertheless I expect there will be lots of people around.

I just thought that as Clvrlad had decided it was a pic hunt post I'd start us off and get us in the mood...

So here is another one which I personally think is very easy!

Weirdly, I took almost that exact same picture only a few weeks ago myself, clvrlad!
But it was by accident rather than design - I fell asleep on the bus, missed my stop and got off right outside. So I nipped in to take some pics of the main sign, since I was there, and was genuinely amused to find that plaque (which I think I knew was there.)

There's no need to shout out the answer, Bunny, even if you're all excited because you know

I definitely can't do the weekend at the beginning of May (the bank holiday one) because I'm going away for a girlie weekend. :D
