Anagrams

#1 Post by Bunnylump » Mon Mar 22, 2010 11:23 pm

I just found these and thought these were quite clever. The answers are all anagrams of the clues.

Alert, Balanced (1,6,6)

I'm a Dot in Place (1,7,5)

Genuine Class (4,8)

Is No Amity (9)

Pubs' Motto (7,2)

Accord not in it (13)

Dirty Room (9)

Twelve plus one (6,4,3)

Silent (6)

Is No Meal (8)

Cash Lost in 'em (4,8)

Alas! No More Z's (6,6)

That Queer Shake (3,11)

Here Come Dots (3,5,4)

Large Picture Halls, I Bet (3,6,3,9)

...just in case any of you are at a loose end and don't have any puzzles to do, like...

Well I don't have any puzzles I can do at the moment.

Have seen some of these before but I shall enjoy working my way through them again. :D

I do like the TWELVE PLUS ONE one - very clever I think.

I liked the one I saw in the Radio Times article. Panic Moon. A satellite to a larger 'body' that may be scared at times  (My definition - but it fits beautifully)
