I got close to your position there Giraffe but managed it in the end; Very clever :D

I 'BElieVE' I had clicked on something but a further click (or three) showed me something hidden. Plain sailing after that. I liked the various locked bits that need solving.

I got out in the end. Everytime I thought I was stuck I went back through the whole building and clicked things I had already thought I 'd clicked and eventually it worked.

I loved this - my kind of game :D My only problem was that I didn't realise that I had not actually got the full screen visible, so couldn't see the crucial red button towards the end.... until I eventually scrolled around a bit further.

I love this.

Explain the Internet to a 19thC British street urchin

A lot of the jokes are somewhat "geeky" in nature, but it's also surprisingly informative.

Ive got a day off work today - yes I am attempting some puzzles - But this morning I tried out a new crafting technique of stamping and embossing. I am quite pleased with my first efforts , obviously I need to improve my technique somewhat - as I do not remember the demonstrator getting quite so much ink on her hands ....or on her T shirt for that matter

I am looking out on a beautiful sunny day - no snow here . What about everyone else

It's beautiful here too. I'm just thinking about going out for a walk. I think I'll have to dress up warm though!

You encourage me - I bought some stamps and embossing stuff (and instructions) a while ago thinking that I'd like to have a go at this, but have not yet had the courage to try it out.....

Well, noting your earlier boast about not having anything yet - and enjoying tha sunshine.... I was wondering how long it would last
However, I have to say that down here in glorious Devon we seem to have escaped it all so far.... despite Cornwall being cut off.....

Its deteriated fast - had to dig the car out and make a path to the gate. Did not use the car. Taoday more snow overnight together with freezing conditions. Got into the car -it would not start......So the only thing for it was to put one foot in front of the other . Fortunately it is downhill all the way, but because it was so slippy underfoot my knnes were shaking by the time we reached the station - I then had to work my way through the business park ........this was a nightmare as the paths and the road had not been gritted.

When I reached our building - I couldn't get in because I had left my tag in the car

When I got home (some kind sole gave me a lift as it would have been uphill )I tried the car and it started so fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Hopefully eveyrone is safe and not too adversely affected.

Olly is now bored with the snow

Luckily ours never shows any interest in the tree.

All we have to do is make sure we never use ribbon on presents ...

Hmmm... well, I admit that we had already decided against having a tree this year - what with both Scurra's cat and toddling Thomas coming to visit at Christmas :o
