It's alright. We like rowing. Well, I do anyway, and he doesn't get any choice.

I wouldn't go there if I were you. I'm looking for volunteers to try out white water rafting (my friend's just qualified as an instructor and needs guineapigs... )

cockroaches eat leaf mulch and detritus from all sorts of organic things that would otherwise decay and release methane into the atmosphere, creating a volume of greenhouse gases greater than that which they fart. Net effect = cockroaches reduce global warming effects.

Ah, now there's a better fascinating fact. OK is this now amended to:

Cockroaches fart every 15 minutes, but in this respect are more environmentally responsible than most governments?

 Yes, I like that one. 8-) Let's big up the much maligned cockroach!

I'm going to put on a small bet that white water rafting guineapigs fart. Probably hamsters as well

Oh my! I just love coming here and reading all your posts!
Have a bad day at work: read PuzzleBrains
Have the bloody carpenter install the wrong glass: read PuzzleBrains
Feel like you have nothing to smile about: read PuzzleBrains.

My face now hurts

And guinea pig farts! horrible stuff! Ours was doing it last week and we were running around mad trying to work out what that smell was. The next door neighbours even opened the door to work out the smell. That's the last time he get's cashews!

I don't know what's so funny about a bunny with a pancake on his head. I am wearing one right now... 8-)

Actually that's not true. But owing to sloppy eating I am actually wearing some vanilla cheesecake on my left boob... (Apologies if that put you all off your tea!!)

Yup - but farting cockroaches and pancake bunnies and global warming together make it a strange mix - but highly entertaining

 Yes, that did get a bit surreal, didn't it?

But relentlessly ploughing on...

...IKEA is pronounced IKKIER in Swedish.

...in Denmark, there is a list of names which you are allowed to call a child. If you want to choose a more unusual name, you have to make a special application to a panel to decide if it will be allowed. (My Danish friend told me this, following a conversation about a boy named "Chevron" I used to know. She couldn't believe it was allowed!!)
