CiSRA 2011?
Has anyone heard anything about this? It's usually in the spring, isn't it? I can only seem to find stuff online about the 2010 one and nothing about this year.
Re: CiSRA 2011?
You're a couple of months early. CiSRA is towards the end of April.
Never put off till tomorrow what you can do the day after tomorrow.
All of my puzzles are simple and obvious. For certain values of "simple" and "obvious".

Re: CiSRA 2011?
I hope it's not while we are away. I was away for the summer one last year and missed most of the fun.
Re: CiSRA 2011?
Ah. That could be why there's nothing about yet. Thanks!!!
Re: CiSRA 2011?
There is also MUMS which should be cropping up just before CISRA, both of the event calendars for these are devoid of schedule and signup news at the moment.
Re: CiSRA 2011?
Oh, I'm so confused! I thought it was MUMS and SUMS that were on at the same time! Flippin' 'eck!
Re: CiSRA 2011?
There is MUMS which is typically end of March or beginning of April, then CISRA which is typically mid April onwards and SUMS is later in the year -August I think. Also a bit more lightweight there is Harvard Freshers mini hunt, which I think is just for a day in September???

However I believe our accomodation has wifi so I may be able to get online. Not sure if baggage allowance will allow me to take my laptop (priority is going to GCSE revision books). OH will have his laptop, if worst comes to worst.

Re: CiSRA 2011?
Well, I'll have a look, but if it's anything like the last ones I won't be either use nor ornament because by the time I get home they're either usually done or you're all stuck on the hard ones which I couldn't do anyway! But you never know. I also had horrendous trouble accessing the google docs thing, so couldn't see what was going on at all last time.

Won't you be on Easter hols? So you might be able to join in during the day. And maybe on your new laptop google docs will work.

Re: CiSRA 2011?
Even if I am on holiday I'm so slow at solving puzzles they're always done before I get round to reading them even!
But that is true, I suppose at least Google docs might work this time.

You'll have to get up earlier.
Just thought, I wonder how the time difference in America will affect my ability to solve them. I suppose I will still be up when they become available, but you lot won't be around to bounce ideas off? Then by the time I get up in the morning you'll have solved them all.

Get up earlier? ME? No, when I'm on holiday there is a strict AFTER 9AM ONLY policy.
