Congrats to Leah
Welcome to Carmen
And Judith -- speaking from experience --- grandchildren are great , you can always give them back when they are dirty/noisy/incontinent/hungry and keep them when they are clean and well behaved. Welcome to the club!!

And incidentally Ann was 77 today, but there is no sign of daughter or grandchildren rushing round to look after us! Do you think we are doing something wrong -- or maybe NOT doing something wrong.

She isn't!! Nor is she tall enough, or sensible enough.

 Good point!

Well, you know, technically I'm old enough to legally have great grandchildren by now. How scary is that?

Glad to know you recognise your true role as a Granny :D
In my case, the knitting needles are already on the go and it's not even due for a couple of months

Congratulations to Leah and Stuarty and welcome to Carmen.
