Oh, please don't worry! I think I've beeen months behind with some of mine, and I've quite possibly missed others entirely and not realised. I had a lovely day on Friday. Bun, who has just turned 2 himself and is therefore an authority on these things, spent the day singing variations on Happy Birthday to me, including 'Happy Laura Day', and eventually, when we got to the raspberry and dark chocolate bombe for pudding - Happy Laura Bombe to you! He also helped me blow out my candles. And Scuffler just smiled and smiled and smiled all day, and chattered away. Then after the tiddlers were in bed we played a game called (I think) Ys, which none of us had played before, therefore was a bit random, so I actually won. (If Gmaal had known what he was doing, I think no-one else would have stood much of a chance.)

Birthday celebrations part 2 to come on Monday, with fish and chips at the seaside and possibly some playing at the beach and more games and party tea, and more BOMBE!!!!

(It's very very nice!)

Thanks for the good wishes - today's the day :D .
And of course I am making the most of feeling so much younger (well.... a bit, anyway)
Lovely to have all the family here together for a few days - though Uncle Scurra is already on his way back home again tonight.

Happy Birthday to my wonderful little boy. I can't believe it's 3 years. It's gone so fast, but I just can't imagine life without him.

He's got lots of cards to open today and we're hoping to be able to do a Skype call down to his grandparents (not that I've checked with Wulf - are you around at, say, 5.30pm?). He's coming in to see me at work so he can have lots of ladies going gooey over him and saying how much he's grown...

He's been enjoying his presents from the weekend a lot. And doing lots of jigsaws (present from Grandma & Grandad - he can do the big fire engine one all by himself now, Wulf, but hasn't quite got the hang of straight edges going at the edge on the other ones)

Wait a minute! Does he get two birthdays a year or something? He can't really be that old already can he?

Happy birthday Thomas and happy birthday for other generations too!
