Terrible shock

#1 Post by Redfraggle » Tue May 01, 2012 9:15 pm

We received news yesterday morning that Ivan's elderly uncle was murdered by an intruder during the previous night. The family are devastated. It makes me so angry to think that this happens - I hope they catch the culprit and throw the book at them!

Oh, Redfraggle, that's dreadful, I'm so sorry to hear that. :( Please send Ivan my condolences.

What a horrible shock for you all. May I add my sympathy and prayers even though we have never met. You will need extra strength to cope with the anger on top of grief.

:( So sad to hear that - my thoughts are with you both. Wulfruna makes a good point about the mixture of emotions - I hope you are each strong for the other when they need it. :(

Hanging or electric chair would be better.

My sincere condolences to you all.

I'm not surprised. It must be really unsettling as well as upsetting. How is Ivan's aunt?

Ivan seems to be in a state of disbelief.

It just makes me so angry!
